Who We Are / Ridge Strong!

The UPPER RIDGE COMMUNITY COUNCIL (URCC) was formed to give voice to the concerns of residents living in Magalia’s Upper Ridge and environs.  The URCC’s mission statement:  Neighbors coming together to support, represent and rebuild the whole Upper Ridge.

 

ACTIVITIES

Current Major Projects

  • Creating a community park in Magalia!  One possible site is the old golf course in lower Magalia... 

  • Becoming "Fire Wise Communities".  We are researching how to do this for Magalia, Lovelock and Stirling City.

  • Planning our future.  We are working together so our hopes and dreams and needs fit in to the on-going work of rebuilding Paradise and lower Magalia.

  • What can we do about PG&E
